Our properties are managed by on-site professional staff, available 24/7. Each property’s staff has the experience and skill to service all of your student’s needs. Our area general managers are fully supported by leasing, business, and maintenance personnel, in addition to a team of resident assistants. Local properties often have inadequate maintenance programs and unresponsive landlords, but at Core Student Housing, our team works to ensure that maintenance concerns are dealt with quickly and efficiently. Comfort and safety issues are given immediate and careful attention; all other maintenance requests are processed as soon as possible, often within 24 hours. At Core Student Housing, we strive to be available to provide a quality living environment for your student.
Floor Plans, Amenities, and Affordability
Core Student Housing offers comfortable accommodations for your student that are affordable and a great value. Our spacious floor plans provide privacy to study as well as social areas to take a break and relax, with all of the modern amenities your student needs to feel right at home.
Roommate Matching
The transition to living away from home is often easier when a student has the opportunity to live with a roommate who has similar traits, hobbies, interests, and academic goals. We offer roommate matching for students who would like to find a compatible roommate. Your student can submit a personal profile form to better assist us in matching them with an appropriate roommate.
Fully Furnished or Unfurnished Available
Whether your student wants to move in with only personal items (TV, computer, stereo, decorations) or arrive with a U-Haul of favorite furniture, our properties allow you either option (property-specific). Stylishly furnished units are available, or your student can choose to furnish their own unique space.
Technology
Reliable access to internet connectivity is essential for college students; they need it to support their college coursework, to stay in contact with friends and with you. All of our properties are equipped with wi-fi/cable/high speed internet to ensure your student has unlimited access to technology.
Individual Lease Liability
Many student properties make each parent liable for the rent of all the residents in the unit, but not at Core Student Housing properties. We offer an individual lease program that limits your responsibility to your own student. You can take comfort in knowing that your student’s accommodations will be available regardless of whether a roommate transfers.
